Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber peeled and seeded
- 1-2 avocados pitted
- 6-7 green onion
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp of minced chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather all the ingredients for the recipe.
- Throw all ingredients in Vita Mix or powerful food processor for 1-2 minutes or until creamy.
- Put into container and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Serve with minced chives, salt and pepper sprinkled on top.
- Serve with some homemade keto crackers and enjoy
