Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and seeded
  • 1-2 avocados pitted
  • 6-7 green onion
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of minced chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Gather all the ingredients for the recipe.
  2. Throw all ingredients in Vita Mix or powerful food processor for 1-2 minutes or until creamy.
  3. Put into container and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Serve with minced chives, salt and pepper sprinkled on top.
  4. Serve with some homemade keto crackers and enjoy
