These super flaxseed muffins are a great way to start your day right and not to mention heart-healthy!

- 1 1/4 cup of flaxseeds
- 3/4 cup of chia seeds
- 3/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 2 cups plant milk
- Stevia to taste or use a milk alternative with stevia. If you are able to consume sugar, maple syrup or cane sugars are other possibilities.
- Either 1 heaping tbsp of baking soda and 1 heaping tbsp of baking powder or 2 heaping tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
Optional:
- 3 to 5 heaping tbsp of almond butter or any nut butter.
- 2 to 3 heaping tbsp of sugar free fruit jam.
